01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the IMT Trip Inc. website and transportation services booked directly with IMT Trip Inc. By using our website or booking transportation directly with us, you agree to these terms where applicable.

02 Transportation Services

IMT Trip Inc. provides non-emergency transportation services, including ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible transportation. Services may include scheduled, recurring, local, long-distance, hospital discharge, after-hours, weekend, and other transportation depending on availability.

03 No Emergency Medical Services

IMT Trip Inc. is not an emergency ambulance service. Drivers do not provide emergency medical treatment.

04 Reservations

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee transportation. A reservation becomes confirmed after IMT Trip Inc. accepts the requested transportation.

Transportation remains subject to vehicle and driver availability and applicable safety requirements.

05 Customer Responsibilities

Passengers or their representatives are responsible for providing accurate booking information and notifying IMT Trip Inc. of relevant changes.

Passengers should be ready at the scheduled pickup time and comply with reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

06 Fares & Payment

Transportation charges may depend on mileage, transportation type, wheelchair service, waiting time, additional stops, after-hours service, long-distance transportation, escorts, and other applicable factors.

Applicable rates should be communicated before service when reasonably possible.

07 Delays & Scheduling

IMT Trip Inc. will make reasonable efforts to provide timely transportation but does not guarantee exact arrival times.

Traffic, weather, construction, emergencies, passenger delays, vehicle problems, road closures, and other circumstances may affect schedules.

08 Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy and any applicable individual or facility agreement.

Please review the applicable policy before your scheduled transportation.

09 Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please contact IMT Trip Inc. promptly regarding property believed to have been left in one of our vehicles.

10 Passenger Conduct

Passengers, escorts, and accompanying individuals must not engage in threatening, violent, abusive, illegal, or seriously disruptive behavior.

IMT Trip Inc. may refuse or discontinue transportation when reasonably necessary to protect passengers, drivers, or others.

11 Mobility Devices

Wheelchairs and other mobility devices must be capable of being safely transported using the vehicle and securement equipment assigned to the trip.

Passengers should disclose relevant mobility-device requirements when booking.

12 Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, availability, rates, service areas, and other information may change.

Website information does not constitute a guaranteed offer of transportation.

13 Third-Party Services

Transportation arranged through a third-party broker, healthcare facility, insurance company, government program, or other organization may be subject to separate contractual requirements.

Where applicable, those requirements may control over these general website terms.

14 Circumstances Outside Our Control

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IMT Trip Inc. is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Indiana.
